New Zealand Bed Company Shipping Policy

Thanks for shipping with NZ Bed Company ! Here are the terms and conditions of our shipping policy. Please read carefully before making a purchase so you know what to expect.

Shipping and processing times

We process all orders within below mentioned days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase. In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.

MATTRESSES & HEADBOARDS

NORTH ISLAND - AUCKLAND

10 to 14 business days ( We do not stock the Mattresses. Once we receive your order we will start making beds at the factory. We need to make the bed for 3 to 5 days depending on the congestion in the factory.

How can I track my order status?

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS: A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS: If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.
