The warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear or damage caused by abuse, misuse, or negligence.
NZ Beds reserves the right to refuse to service a mattress when it is found to be in an unsanitary condition or when product failures are found to be due to factors other than faulty workmanship or materials.
NZbeds advises that a mattress protector should be used at all times.
Under Health & Safety guidelines, the warranty is void if there are any stains on the mattress.
NZ Beds reserves the right to substitute alternative/identical materials if the original is no longer available.
Any defect in the fabric should be brought to the notice of the retailer within two weeks of purchase.
Beyond this, fabric warranty will not be eligible as it would be considered as “wear & tear”.

We process all orders within below mentioned days after the order is placed. Please note that we don’t ship or deliver orders on holidays or weekends.
In the event of a high order volume, your order might be delayed a few days. Please be prepared for this possibility as you make your purchase.
In the case of any significant shipping delays, we’ll contact you using the email or phone number you provided during checkout.
MATTRESSES & HEADBOARDS
NORTH ISLAND - AUCKLAND10 to 14 business days ( We do not stock the Mattresses. Once we receive your order we will start making beds at the factory. We need to make the bed for 5 to 7 days depending on the congestion in the factory.
NORTH ISLAND- URBAN 10 to 14 business days
NORTH ISLAND- RURAL 10 to 20 business days
SOUTH ISLAND - URBAN 14 to 20 business days ( We do not stock the Mattresses. Once we receive your order we will start making beds at the factory. We need to make the bed for 5 to 7 days depending on the congestion in the factory.

You’ll also receive an email notification from us once your order has shipped. This email will include a carrier tracking number you can use to check on your order. It can take up to 48 hours for your tracking info to show up.
DELAYED OR LOST ORDERS:
A parcel is considered lost after it has been in the postal system for a period of 30 business days. We cannot take responsibility for delays caused by the courier. Although orders normally take much less than that we are unable to dispatch a replacement until this period of time has elapsed.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS:
If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you must pay all delivery cost to re-deliver your order to a corrected address. We are not responsible for the loss of your order if the address provided at checkout is incomplete or incorrect.

IN STORE PICK UP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at any of our stores After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 5 to 7 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
Our in-store pickup hours are 9.00AM TO 5:30PM on MONDAY TO FRIDAY. and 9.30AM TO 5:00PM on SATURDAY TO SUNDAY.
Please have your order confirmation email and ID with you when you come.
